Prices

• The participation quotas are intended at a net price and are comprehensive of IVA, and don’t include tips, extra in general and what other is not specifically indicated.

• The quota is calculate based on changes and on tariffs in vigour at the moment as indicated in the program and they can vary until 20 days preceding the departure in consequence of the variations of carriers tariff , government taxes , museum entrances. If the total increased exceeds 10% the participant has the faculty to withdraw from the contract on condition that  he gives a written statement to the organizer within 48 hours from receiving communication relative to the increase.

Price is included of:

• Motorcoach transportation ,tour escort or  local host  as shown in the  itinerary

• accommodation based on two persons in a  double room

• meals as per itinerary

• sightseeing and excursion as per ititnerary

Price does not include:

• Everything not mentioned in “Included of “

Reservations:

• Reservations should be made 45 days  prior to arrival date

• Reservations will be accepted subject to availability at time of a request

Payment:

• All  tour price are per person

• For individual clients and group at confirmation of reservation  a deposit of  25%  is required

• Full and final payment  must be made  prior to arrival

Rates:

• All rates published are subject to fluctuations of currency and may be changed when necessary without advance notice prior to deposit

• If fluctuations of increase accede the 10 %  the client  has the right to recede the confirmed reservation by sending in a written form not later then 48 hours from the arrival notice

Cancellation charges:

• When cancellation  is received  14 to 11 days prior to the  departure tour date  a charge fee of 30% is retained, 10 to 3 days prior to the  departure tour date a charge fee of 70% is retained, I day prior to the departure tour date a charge fee of 100 % is retained

Annulment:

• The contract can be annulled or cancelled, when minimum number of travellers request is not reached any other condition beyond control of the organizer

Variations:

• The organizer has faculty to modify the tour  program or substitute the expected hotels in case this would make itself necessary for operative reasons or because of other causes

• The traveller will have to communicate by writing their own choice of withdraw  or their choice to join  the alternative tour within  and no later than two days from the receiving  proposal variation

• The lack of acceptance from the client of eventual variations, will commit the organizer only and exclusively to the repayment of the amount received within seven  working days at the moment of the communication from the client

Liability:

• We shall not be liable for any injury, damage, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any vehicle, or through the acts or default of any Company or person engaged in conveying the passengers, or in carrying out the arrangement of the tour, or in any hotel proprietor or servant

Cession:

• The renounce  client can be substitute  by another person always if satisfies all the requested condition for the trip

• The one to give up his trip will have to give written communication at least 4 working days before the departure indicating the generals of the renounce  who will have to reimburse the organizer of all the expenses caused by the cession

Passport & other documents:

• All passengers should check with the appropriate foreign consulate for entry requirements

• Passport and other documents are responsibility of the  clients

Insurance:

• Every participant of one of our tour is covered  from policies of insurance “ Navale Assicurazione”

Important  Information

Hotels:

• The participants’  quote is based on the occupation of a double room including private bath or shower

• Bar,  restaurant, laundry room, Sauna and other services the hotel may offer are to considered extras

Supplementary nights:

• On the day of  your arrival it’s possible but not guaranteed the reservation for an extra night

Transportation:

• Motorcoach Hydrofoil and ferry are equipped with necessary comfort as required by Italian low

Baggage:

• The organizer is not responsible for loss or damage luggage

• Quotation includes 1 piece of standard baggage per person, plus 1 piece of hand luggage additional pieces of luggage can be added to the quotation

Sightseeing and Museum:

• It could be possible to have a variation of itineraries due to an event  out of control of R.I.O. a comparable sightseeing  will be arranged

Itinerary:

• Published times on itineraries are accurate as possible but subject to change to traffic, weather, mechanical and any other condition beyond the organizer’s  control that prevent tours  from operating as  scheduled

Customer care:

• Rising Incoming Organizer office hours are from 9.00am to 6.00pm

• Our tour leaders will be ready to answer any questions or information you may need

Security Fund:

• A security fund is instituted among the presidency of the Council of Ministers of the National Security Fund of guarantee which the consumer can turn to the compliance of art. 21 D.lgs 111/95 in case of insolvency or of declared bankruptcy of the seller or organizer

• The fund’s formality of intervention are established with decree of the President of the Council of Minister ( in compliance with art. 21 n.5Dlgs n.111/95)

Complaints:

• Any complaint must be communicated  to  R.I.O. on time and before departure

• Competent organ for controversy is the forum of Naples - Italy

Legislative Sources:

• The contract of the programs here published are intended as regulated by law n.1084 of December 27,1997, of ratification and execution of the international convention relative to the travel contract CCV signed at Bruxel April 23,1970  even in application of the law February 22, 1994  in the carrying out the Directive 92/314 CEE  concerning travel vacations at circuit all included.

• Legislative Decree March 17,1995,N.111

• Activation of the Directive n90/314 CEE

• The responsibility of the organizer of the trip can’t in any case exceed the anticipated limits of the cited low
