In the hills of Benevento to cook along with beans and pasta... delicious and filling, may at one time have been considered food for the poor, is now recognized as healthy and sublime . The Itinerary DAY 1-Caserta Borgo Medioevale
Accommodation Agritourism factory- L/D
Upon arrival meet tour assistant and visit of the medievel town of Caserta. We'll start our cooking tour having lunch in a "Trattoria", and getting acquainted.
Transfer and accommodation in Agritourism factory.
At hrs16.00 begin of first cooking lesson.
Dinner will be served at hrs.20.00

DAY 2 ? Visit of local winery ?L/D
After breakfast departure for visit of local wineceller holding the best wines of the area. Who hasn't heard about Aglianico del Taburno or Solopaca Red wine of Benevento?
Lunch at the agritourism.
At hrs16.00 second cooking lesson, prepare typical Pasta & Fagioli or Orecchiette e Broccoli and more to learn.
Dinner will be served at hrs.20.00

DAY 3- Benevento ?L/D
After breakfast departure for visit of Benevento with it?s ancient romans ruins, and other sections of the town.
Lunch at the agritourism.
At hrs16.00 third cooking lesson with more typical dishes Beneventani to learn.
Dinner will be served at hrs.20.00

DAY 4- Departure
After breakfast departure.
