The Itinerary of your 8 Day Italy Tour
DAY 1- Upon arrival at the Venice airport meet your tour assistant and transfer to
the hotel on the island by boat. Accommodation in 4* hotel. In the late afternoon
visit piazza San Marco and the basilica, Ponte dei Sospiri, Doge Palace. Evening
gondola row and dinner in typical restaurant. Overnight.
DAY 2- Breakfast in the hotel. Half day tour by boat to the island of Murano – world famous for its glass blowing. In the afternoon departure to Florence. Accommodation in 4* hotel.
DAY 3- Breakfast in the hotel. Sightseeing Florence main monuments. Afternoon on your own. (optional dinner under the frescoes in a Florence palace). Overnight.
DAY 4- Breakfast in the hotel. Optional visit the Academy Gallery with David statue by Michelangelo. Early afternoon departure for Pisa. Short stroll for a visit the Pisa Miracles' Square, with the famous leaning tower and then on to Rome. Accommodation in 4* hotel. Overnight.
DAY 5- Breakfast in the hotel. In the morning visit the Colosseum and in the afternoon a walk to Capitolian hill and Trevi fountain. Optional “Rome by Night” evening tour. Overnight.
DAY 6- Breakfast in the hotel. Leave to full day tour Pompeii and Naples. In the evening back to Rome. Overnight.
DAY 7- Breakfast in the hotel. In the morning visit he Vatican Museums in the Vatican Palace and the Sistine chapel rich decorated with Renaissance frescoes. In the afternoon- S. Peters basilica. In the evening dinner in a fine restaurant at via Veneto- symbol of dolce vita…. Overnight.
DAY 8- After breakfast in the hotel free time. Transfer to the Rome’s airport for departure.
